Giggagolf is a golf game for iPhone and the web. This page explains what data the game uses. In short: nothing about you is sent to us, the game has no ads, and nothing is for sale.
The name and colour you pick, and your settings, are saved only on your device. There are no accounts. Deleting the app (or clearing the site's data in your browser) deletes them.
To race friends nearby, the app asks iOS for permission to use your local network. Phones then find each other over Wi-Fi and Bluetooth and talk directly: the name and colour you picked, and your shots during a round, go only to the other phones in your round, never to us or anyone else. You can turn this off in Settings → Privacy & Security → Local Network.
The game shows no ads, sells nothing, and has no analytics or tracking, on iPhone and in the browser. The website is served by Cloudflare, which, like any web host, sees the requests your browser makes.
The home page at giggagolf.silentj.co.uk (not the game at /play) may show an ad from Google AdSense. To show and measure ads, Google and its partners may use cookies and collect information such as your IP address, browser and device, and how you interact with the ad.
In the UK, EEA and Switzerland you're asked first, with Google's consent form, whether you agree to personalised ads; if you don't, you only see non-personalised ads. You can turn off personalised ads at any time in Google's Ad Settings. How Google uses this data is described in how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
The game collects no personal information from anyone, children included.
